Announcement

As you may be aware, the banking industry throughout the world has been reducing its risk due to compliance concerns, and Australian banks are no exception. This process began in 2013 with the 'Big 4' (ANZ/CBA/NAB and Westpac) starting to close the accounts of registered remittance providers. These 'Big 4' also own other smaller banks who are applying the same policy. Remitters as a whole are categorised as high risk. Without bank accounts in Australia, remitters cannot complete the transfer of their customers funds. **UPDATE** We have just been informed by Suncorp Bank that they will be closing our account as of the 1st of July. Any money transferred to Suncorp as of the 1st of July will be refunded to the sender by the bank. With Suncorp being our last bank, we regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to continue our service after this date. We would like to thank all of our customers for their continued loyalty and business over the last 17 years.
